All shipments via courier service (postage) will be at your own risk. We won’t do any refund or replacement for packages that are loss/delayed or plants that got damaged during delivery. On our side, we will pack sturdily and properly to ensure the plants arrive to you safely.

We also won’t be responsible, in cases like the receiver didn’t answer the call, wrongly entered postcode/address, not being at home during delivery. Please refer to customer service of the courier company for more clarification. Kindly do note that replacement or refund only available for, Pots (ceramic/clay/glass/teracotta) that are broken if you use courier service (postage)

Plants that got infected with pest (notify us within 3 days of receiving date). If you found the product/plant is damaged when delivered by our delivery team (runner) only.
